Main Features

At least three of the following:
* **V**etebral defects
* **A**nal atresia
* **C**ardiac Defects
* **T**racheo-Esophageal Fistula
* **R**enal anomalies
* **L**imb anomalies

Eye Findings

  • None recognized as consistent or common part of the condition
  • Case reports in patients with VACTERL association:
    • Congenital Corneal anesthesia
    • strabismus
    • anisometropia
    • amblyopia
    • Duane syndrome
    • Congenital archaisma with see-saw nystagmus
