Furosemide for Pediatric IIH
Dosing
- 0.4-0.6 mg/kg/day divided BID
Monitoring
- Measure at Baseline
- Serum BUN, Creatinine, CO2, Sodium, Potassium
- CBC, Platelets
- Liver function tests
- If diabetic measure blood/urine glucose
- Renal Ultrasound if suspected obstructive hydronephrosis
