- Ask about History of Prematurity, Trauma, Neurological decline or seizures
- MRI orbits and brain
- Labs:
- CBC (anemia)
- Heavy metal screen in blood (toxic exposure of lead and others)
- B12 (GI malabsorption / nutritional deficiency)
- Lactate levels in whole blood (neurogenerytative diseases)
