Acyclovir
In Pediatric HSV keratitis
- Suspension: 200mg/5 ml (40mg/ml)
Epithelial Disease
- Acute Infection: 40-80 mg/kg/day divided TID to QID for 10-14 days
- Suppression Dosing: 20-30 mg/kg/day divided BID then QD after a few months
